Guarantee Policy


**90 DAYS WARRANTY IN WASHERS AND DRYERS
First 30 day repair or replace guarantee: We cover all service call, parts and labor, any issues that happen during the 30 day period, will be covered completely by us.
60 day repair or replace guarantee: We cover any parts and labor, Customer must make a $45 cash one-time payment to cover service call, any parts and labor needed during the 60 day period, will be covered by us.
We will not be responsible for abuse, electrical problems, faulty plumbing or stopped up vents. You are buying a used appliance, although all of our appliances are inspected, we cannot guarantee the equipment will no fail to the nature of its used condition. NO REFUNDS, only replacement if it can't be fixed, same model or same price appliance. Exceptions apply at the discretion of the company.

If the appliance (s) is (are) picked up by the customer, the customer must bring it (them) to the shop in case it (them) need (s) to be repaired under the time of the guarantee or the customer must pay $50 service call fee if request we send a technician. 
**Restrictions apply at the discretion  of the company.
We serve warranty claims Monday to Friday 11 am to 5 pm only. Your service request will be attended to the next 3 business days. You must have your invoice in hand the moment that you call us.

WE PROVIDE FREE INSTALLATION
However, we reserve the right to not do it if we consider walls, floors, stairs, stairs railings, etc., can be damage in this process.
Customer will be responsible for any property damage if request installation service.

As any used appliances, our items could be scratched and/or dented.
Come to see them before purchase. 

Items purchased will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee if customer cancel before or at delivery time.
DELIVERY FEE $35 FIRST FLOOR, ASK FOR 2ND AND 3RD FLOOR DELIVERY FEE

This guarantee covers the machine and will not cover any lost food due to a malfunction of the machine. We will not be responsible for abuse, electrical problems or faulty plumbing.
